Which methods of payment does Cloudprinter.com offer?

Can I place an order in my local currency?
For now, you have an option to pay in Euro, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, British Pound, Japanese Yen, New Zealand dollar, Polish Zloty, and United States dollar.
How can I supply my artwork?
Sending artwork is really easy: upload your PDF file directly while placing the order.
Can I get a proof for the approval of my print?
We have PDF validation and normalization for outputting files to printers. Our Print Cloud solution automatically creates a certified print PDF for our print partners. No need to adjust templates or PDF’s anymore for a specific printer.
Can I order proof copies?
Yes, you can order a proof sample via our Print API or Quick Order tool.
My product is not available, what can I do now?
It could be that our print partners cannot produce your product yet, or they are able to produce your product, but they have enabled this yet on our platform. Please contact us through this form.
How long does it take for production and delivery?
You can select your type of delivery directly on the order configuration page. The respectively valid production time and delivery time are featured here. The above-mentioned working days are exclusive Saturday, Sunday and holidays. As working days count the weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Where can I find out about the current status of my order?
If you are logged in your Cloudpriter.com account, you can see all relevant information and the status of your order in your customer area under “My Orders”.
Can I track the shipping of my order?
Yes – this is possible under the section Order Overview in “My Orders” area. Select the desired order and click on “view order details”. Tracking your order is possible if you selected one of the traced shipping options.
Do I have the possibility to choose an individual name for my print job?
Yes – You have the possibility to choose a job name for your print job which makes it easier to find and follow your job afterward. You can enter your desired name into the field “job name” which can be found under the shopping basket and also on the order overview page. This job name will be mentioned again on the acceptance of the print job and the order confirmation, as well as on the invoice and on the shipping label.
How does Сloudprinter.com ensure quality?
The quality of the product is one of our top priorities. Therefore, we choose very carefully our print partners and work with those who are fully aligned with our standards.

Can anyone use my files to make printouts without my permission?
Our partners are confidants and your confidentiality is ensured by our contracts. You can read more about it in our knowledge base article.
Can you make changes to the provided files?
No, we can’t provide any changes with content in your files, but our system automatically converts it into Certified PDF files that are ready to print.
What kind of finishing is available?
You can choose between cover finishing (matt or glossy), main paper (machine coated silk or gloss, offset, ensocoat graphical board).
Do you check the color accuracy of uploaded print files?
Our print partners provide checks on the color for each and every print job. The printouts compare with files on a color-calibrated monitor.
What delivery options do you offer?
We cover up to five delivery options: Postal, Ground Express, Saver Express, Fast Express, and Next day delivery. Delivery time is featured here.
